We celebrated our employee’s successes and would like to congratulate Julie Thibaudeau for her “Region of the year” award. Julie is an inspiration to us all. Her hard work and dedication make her an invaluable member of our team! Congratulations Julie!
During our time in Nashville, Shawn Rogers Transcourt’s Vice-President, asked us “what is your take away from the show and the most fun moment of the week?”
“The Team building side of the event was one of the best I have ever attended’’ answered Tim Mischuk,
“Walking the show with Mike Trianos Director of Fleet Services & Procurement, learning about the different types of tankers. Getting to know the people I work with outside the office and building the trust between each other.’’ answered Natalie Ducharme Transcourt’s Marketing Coordinator.
“Team building and meeting all the major manufacturers in the industry.” answered Carlos Duarte Transcourt’s Regional Account Manager of Ontario.
Being in Nashville was more than just exhibiting at the NTTC show. It was a time for us to get to know each other outside of work. To understands each others’ strengths, weaknesses, and interests. Team building not only increases morale in the office, it allows for the office to work better, strive and grow together.
