Transcourt proudly announces its new MC331 Propane Tandem Trailer
Transcourt proudly announces its new MC331 Propane Tandem Trailer Purchased from Exosent Engineering LLC. At Exosent Safety is first and foremost, for the Driver, the motoring public and the customer. The trailer is designed with a low center of gravity which is over a foot lower and reduces the risk of a rollover by 30%. They have two unique baffles in the trailer and are bolted to a 3-inch ring inside the trailer with different size holes in the baffle that allow the product to flow through and act more like a shock absorber than a traditional baffle to reduce surge in the tank. The complete shape of the tank form being coned at the back, larger diameter in the middle and the 16-inch rise to the fifth wheel to the front of the tank all contribute to shaping the load to reduce surge and getting correct axle weights. Tire inflation is standard on Exosent trailers to keep the tipping point to the outside of the tire, longer ware and better fuel economy.
The addition of the cabinet around the plumbing to keep the valves and fittings clean from daily travel and road ice management such as calcium chloride, salt and snow. The cabinet in conjunction with the wind skirts helps increase fuel economy. The hose tubes have been moved under the tank to help in aerodynamics and are accessed from the inside of the cabinet.
Exosent offers high quality mechanical engineering services and manufacturing. Exosent is changing how trailers are being built, coming up with new concepts in order to make drivers and the motoring public on the road safer.
