Vice President, Fleet Maintenance & Procurement
Mike has been in the Tank Trailer industry for over 15 years and during those years has gained a vast knowledge of parts & components, maintenance and shop procedures. Along with managing the Maintenance Dept., his responsibilities include spec’ing, pricing and purchasing tankers for customers and the Transcourt fleet.

He brings more than 10 years of experience in investment banking and management consulting, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and commercial growth initiatives. Connor is a CPA, CA. Outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time with his family and improving his golf game.

Lisa brings 20 years of experience in fleet operations. Lisa’s role at Transcourt includes trailer administration, maintenance, managing repair/service schedules and infleeting our new trailers. “I’m not new to the transportation industry but I’m still new to the tanker industry and am still learning something new everyday. Mona brings with her over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry as both a Maintenance Advisor and Operations Manager. Mona’s training as a Canadian Certified Logistic Professional has been extremely helpful in her position with Transcourt, where she is responsible for managing our extensive fleet and making sure our trailers are in compliance with safety standards and ready to perform for our customers.

Lease & Compliance Manager
Mariya joined Transcourt in 2021 and brings with her 10 years of compliance and customer service experience to the lease desk. Mariya acts as a key liaison between insurance brokers and other service providers, to ensure the highest data integrity and fast turnaround of lease contracts and sales agreements. Mariya enjoys the arts and in her free time likes attending the ballet and exploring museums.

Gurtej is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in various industries. He initially joined the organization in 2019 and continued to work for 3 years as a Senior Financial Analyst before rejoining the organization in 2023. He is a cricket player and president of his club. He plays in various professional leagues in Canada and is preparing himself for the Canadian World cup in the 50+ age group. He is very passionate and full of energy.
